Each year we accept six of the UK's top purpose driven technology entrepreneurs and take them on a five-day leadership programme in San Francisco and Silicon Valley: creating a unique space for entrepreneurs to converse with global influencers and gather insight from inside some of Silicon Valley's most innovative and successful businesses whilst reflecting on themselves and their business to create actionable steps for personal and professional growth.

The programme includes meetings with entrepreneurs, investors and executives who are driving forward Silicon Valley's culture of innovation and creativity. Throughout their time in San Francisco, Mountain View and Palo Alto we put them in front of some of the biggest innovators on the planet, world renowned accelerators, the venture capitalists behind Tesla and Twitter, as well as the globally recognised tech campus which incubated Uber and Spotify.
